Directions: Apply one Applicator to one area of your choice (such as the abdomen, back, sides, legs, arms, chest, or buttocks) and leave on for 8 (you can sleep in it). Remove and discard. Repeat after 72 hours.
Broken Down Directions:
- Measure area before you wrap, and each morning when you wake up for the next 3 days. If you are doing your stomach, measure 3 inches above the belly button, accross the belly button, and the gut.
